American Hardwood timber 

American hardwood originates from the North American continent and is very popular within the industry. They are traded under standard grading rules and some of the main timbers include White Oak, Ash, Cherry, Hard Maple, Poplar/Tulipwood and Black Walnut. 


European Hardwood timber 

European Hardwood is sourced from all around the diverse continent that is home to some of the most popular timbers in the industry. Some of the main species include European Oak and European Beech Timber. 


Other Hardwood timber 

The diverse and large number of tree species found in all parts of the world means that there is a lot of diversity when it comes to the type of timber that you use for your building or furniture projects. 

Hardwoods like Keruing, Balau and Meranti are all very high-quality timbers and are often used for outdoor applications.
